I am feeling pretty good today after my run yesterday! My legs feel very aware that they were moving for close to an hour yesterday. I am planning on doing 2 or 3 miles today just to get the juices flowing. I am also going to do a Glutes work out I found on another bloggers site – That link will take you to it. Looks pretty good, I’ve done all of these moves at one point and time but not in this particular mix. I think it should be a good one!
On another note -
I found this shirt in my closet last night and decided I had to wear it to the gym today. Quite excited really. Oh and T-17 days until I get LASIK and it’s good bye glasses and contacts.
BTW – are there any runners out there who run in glasses? I have to take out my contacts on the 28th (week before the 1st appointment) and I’m running a race on the 4th and don’t plan on not running in between and I’m nervous they are going to fog and / or annoy the crap out of me.
Hope every one is having a productive Monday and manages to beat the Monday blues with a nice endorphin packed sweat session. I’ve found that not skipping Monday gym time is the best way to start out the week. Sets the tone if ya know what I mean.

I second the ‘that shirt rocks’ comment. It does. And quite frankly, I want one! Monday’s are a killer for actually making it to the gym, but once it’s over, you feel like the rest of the week will be a piece of cake!
